As the owner and founder of the most delicious kolaches in all of South Texas, she is devoted to her craft and more so to putting smiles on anyone’s face who takes a bite out of her delectable pastries. Since 2009, Denise has been serving the Boerne and surrounding communities by integrating her traditional Czech culinary skills into the wonderful Texan culture so many know and love.
